That shouldn't be happening.
looking for a “Troubleshooting” section in the headsets manual.. If nothing is in there.
the official site of the product and look for information.. Hopefully its a good headset and not a cheap one that will break.. I suggest JABRA bluetooth headsets or MOTOROLA
