I currently have the T-mobile Dash and I LOVE IT! I've had every type of cell phone service that you can think of I switched from Sprint/Nextel to T-mobile and the first phone I bought was the MDA, which was worthless. I loved the touch screen at first then it just came to be too complicated just to make simple phone calls (which is the reason why you have a phone in the first place). I haven't had any problems with the Dash or the service. As a matter of fact when I had the MDA I never had service now that my phone has changed I get service anywhere. I love the customer service from t-mobile and I didn't have to pay an extra charge for getting a new phone. I must say I'm very pleased with my phone.I was thinking about switching over to sprint in a year.but I love my cheaper payments a month.
even get free wifi.you can't beat that, I also sync it to my laptop, and with my windows media player.it's like having my laptop in my purse! Hope this helps.good luck
