you can always call back and block your number with *67 and see if you recognize the voice or if it was a business they will usually state the name when they answer.
the way I feel is if it was important either they will call back or leave a message next time. Otherwise it may be an ex you are trying to avoid and they know that so they try calling from different numbers.
