Yes there is. go to pocketpcsoftware.com I think that's where I got it. Download musictones. If I'm not mistaken, you may have to unzip it. install that on the phone, through the sync.
you get the music downloaded on the phone, you will find the file in the audio section of that program. highlight the song, and migrate it. at that point you can crop it to play what you want as the ring tone. it puts it right in place for you, at least it did for my treo.
