I do not quite understand what you mean about Verizon Wireless Internet access.
mean to say you have a PC wireless card which you pay a monthly fee, and have access to internet, yet want to be able to subscribe through XBL? Then the answer is no.
you need is a standalone ISP (internet service provider) such as Time Warner or AT&T. Get a router for your PC/Laptop, and get an Ethernet cable. Connect the XBOX to the router and you can purchase an XBL subscription. If you'd forgo the option of a wired connection, you may buy a wireless adapter for the 360 which costs $99.99. DO NOT GET THIS CONFUSED WITH YOUR VERIZON CARD.
wireless adapter simply means that you are able to connect to a router with internet access.
